玻纤增强尼龙66疲劳性能的研究

摘要:采用液压疲劳试验机研究了尼龙分子量和结晶度的大小、加载频率、最大载荷、环境温度和内应力时玻纤增强尼龙66疲劳寿命的影响结果表明,随尼龙66分子童和结晶度的增加,疲劳寿命增加;材料中玻纤分布均匀、取向明显,有利于提高疲劳寿命;随加载频率、内应力、最大载荷及环境温度的提高,疲劳寿命显著降低

尼龙66用玻纤增强后,其力学性能、热性能、尺寸稳定性显著提高,特别是拉伸强度和弯曲强度会有成倍增长,因而在国民经济各部门得到广泛的应用,如制作各种泵的叶轮、输送机链条、自动打印机的凸轮、各种高负荷的机械零部件等疲劳失效是上述各种机械零部件在使用过程中经常出现的现象。笔者通过试验研究了影响玻纤增强尼龙66制品疲劳寿命的主要因素。
STUDY ON THE FATIGUE PROPERTY OF GLASS FIBER REINFORCED PA66

ABSTRACT
The effect of various parameters such as molecular weight, the crystalline degree, loading frequency, maximum load and environment temperature on the fatigue property of glass fiber reinforced PA66 was studied by the hydraulic pressure fatigue testing machine. The results showed that the fatigue life increased with the increasing of the molecular weight and the crystalline degree, homogeneous dispersion and obvious orientation of glass fiber in the materials were favourable to the increasing of the fatigue life,on the other hand, the fatigue life decreased with the increasing of loading frequency, internal stress, maximum load and environment temperature.
